Some Common Sleep Disorders:

The primary function of sleeping is to restore and rest the body. When there are interruptions in the sleep by abnormalties in breathing we have disrupted this process. Some of these disorders include: Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, Insomnia, Snoring, Restless Leg Syndrome and more.
